Root cause: The lens cap was not removed. The power percentage setting is too small;

5) The laser module 808 chip and YAG rod are saturated, there is a problem with the module power supply, and the led module is unstable.

7) The temperature difference between the room temperature and the chiller is too large, the humidity is too high, and the lens in the laser cavity is atomized, such as full mirror, half mirror, Q switch, YAG rod end. The solution is to increase the temperature of the chiller, within a range of not more than 3 degrees from room temperature, place a dry vent in the light cavity, and seal the light path.
8)The field lens of the fiber laser marking machine is covered by dust during marking, and the focal length during marking is not adjusted to the most suitable position.
